Current NC Files directory
Using Table Grid files
- Small Body files are for the smaller routers including the DWP611 and Bosch Colt.
- Large Body files are for the larger routers including the PC892, Bosch 1617, Hitachi M12VC, and 80mm spindles.
- Choose the table extents file for your router size and machine size and run using a V bit or 1/16" end mill.
- Then run the corresponding threaded inserts file using a 1/8" end mill.
- Holes are sized for 1/4-20 barbed inserts.
