Although we build the most trouble-free CNC router machines in the market, everybody needs somebody sometime. We are happy to answer the phones Monday thru Friday 8AM - 5PM EST. If you get our voicemail, we are probably just on the other line, or out running around in the noisy machine shop. Leave a message and the fine folks at Grasshopper will transcribe it and send us an email so we can get back to you as soon as we can.
